Phase 2 — Infrastructure
Years 2–3
Building the technological backbone for distributed AI and crypto-economic activity.

Decentralized Storage: Integrate protocols (IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave) for resilient storage of data, models, and code.
Compute Framework: Launch distributed training and inference infrastructure powered by community nodes.
Marketplace Launch: Enable fair exchange of models, datasets, compute power, and services.
Governance Tooling: Expand DAO tools with advanced proposal, voting, and delegation mechanisms.
Currency Mainnet: Deploy the ecosystem token on mainnet with contribution-based rewards fully functional.

A robust, decentralized infrastructure enabling collaboration, incentives, and open innovation.
Phase 3 — AI Development
Years 3–5
Collective intelligence building through community-driven AI models.
Key Milestones
Community AI Models: Begin large-scale distributed training of open-source models contributed by members.
Incentive Programs: Reward contributions of datasets, code, compute, and model improvements.
Validator & Expert Networks: Scale governance and verification processes through reputation and staking.
Ethical Oversight: Establish transparent audit mechanisms and ethical guidelines to ensure alignment.
Demonstrator Applications: Release initial applications of community-built models to showcase real-world value.
Expected Outcome
A thriving ecosystem of open AI models with strong ethical foundations and measurable community benefits.
Phase 4 — AGI Emergence
Years 5+
Integration and convergence toward a truly general intelligence.
Key Milestones
Model Integration: Combine specialized models into a general intelligence architecture.
Safety by Design: Embed fairness, diversity, and human-centric values into the AGI core.
Human-in-the-Loop Governance: Ensure humans remain central in decision-making and alignment processes.
Global Adoption: Promote Intellect Project as the open, nonprofit alternative to corporate AGI.
Ongoing Evolution: Adapt governance, incentives, and technology as AGI capabilities grow.
Expected Outcome
The first fair and human-centric AGI — collectively built, transparently governed, and belonging to all of humanity.
