Welcome to Intellect Project ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (intellectproject.org), community platforms, and related ecosystem services (together, the "Services"). By participating in Intellect Project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Purpose of Intellect Project

Intellect Project is a global, nonprofit, community-driven initiative dedicated to developing the first fair and human-centric Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Our ecosystem uses open governance, decentralized technologies, and blockchain-based contribution accounting.

Participation is voluntary and mission-driven. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a commercial partnership, employment relationship, or financial guarantee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to participate.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When participating in Intellect Project, you agree to:

• Act honestly and ethically in all contributions.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other community members.
• Refrain from fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activity.
• Comply with applicable laws, including those governing data, intellectual property, and digital assets.

4. Contributions and Blockchain Data

Contributions (code, data, governance activity, compute resources) may be recorded permanently on a public blockchain.

Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted or altered.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contributions do not infringe on third-party rights or violate the law.

5. Tokens and Incentives

Intellect Project issues a native digital currency as part of its contribution and reward system.

Tokens are not sold, offered as investments, or guaranteed to hold monetary value.

Tokens are earned through verifiable contributions within the ecosystem and serve as utility instruments for governance, staking, and marketplace activity.

We make no promises about the future price, liquidity, or tradability of tokens outside the ecosystem.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by community members remains their intellectual property, unless contributed under open licenses.

Shared knowledge, data, and resources that cannot be owned by individuals are treated as commons, belonging collectively to humanity.

By contributing to Intellect Project, you grant us and the community a license to use, display, and build upon your contributions in alignment with our mission.

7. Disclaimers

Intellect Project is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

Participation in blockchain and decentralized systems carries inherent risks, including permanent data storage, volatility of tokens, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Intellect Project, its foundation, contributors, or affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

You participate in the ecosystem at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for violations of these Terms, harmful conduct, or legal obligations.

You may discontinue participation at any time. Contributions already recorded on the blockchain will remain public and immutable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on intellectproject.org/terms with the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Services, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

As Intellect Project operates globally, no single jurisdiction applies exclusively. Where required, the governing law will be determined by the nonprofit foundation's registered jurisdiction, once established.
